Our residents have the final say in all aspects of their life, including their personal care. Residents manage their care by working directly with their household Community Manager and Personal Registered Nurse. Team Members are trained to empower our residents by providing services in a simple, consistent and routine manner and to acknowledge and learn from the residents abilities, preferences and experience.
