If you meet the requirements for membership, you will be contacted promptly by an ElderCarelink representative who will work with you to develop the screening profile for the customers you are searching for.

How to Apply
Would you like to become a provider in the ElderCarelink network? If so, the process is simple. Here's how it works:

  • Click on the "APPLY NOW" button and complete the brief on-line application form.
  • ElderCarelink will review your application and notify you if you meet the basic requirements for participation
  • If you meet the conditions of participation, you will receive estimates for expected lead volume and price per lead based on minimum screening requirements.
  • At this point – it’s up to you! If you are still interested, you pay a one-time $300.00 set-up fee and authorize ElderCarelink to move ahead with credentials verification and account set-up
  • After successful validation of references and background, your account will be activated and you will begin to receive qualified leads
